Preheat oven to 170°C and grease/line a loaf tin. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, egg, Greek yoghurt, and olive oil. In a separate bowl, whisk plain flour, protein powder, brown sugar, and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped pecans. Pour batter into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
