Preheat oven to 170°C and grease/line a loaf tin. In a large bowl, mash bananas, then whisk in egg, milk, and olive oil. In a separate bowl, combine plain flour, caster sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
