Stir-fry garlic and chilli until fragrant, then add pork mince and cook until browned. Add green beans and the sauce (fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar) and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir through a large handful of basil leaves until just wilted and serve immediately with rice.
