Preheat oven to 200°C. Halve zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the flesh. Brown the chicken mince, then mix with zucchini flesh, onion, tomatoes, olives, and oregano. Spoon into zucchini boats, top with feta, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
